Judge Napolitano: Hillary Could Have Taught Nixon a Lesson

Hillary Clinton's refusal to turn over emails and the complete scrubbing of her private server should result in prosecution, retired Judge Andrew Napolitano told Fox News Channel's "The Kelly File" on Monday.

"She could have taught Richard Nixon a lesson," Napolitano said in reference to the 18½ minute gap in the Watergate tapes. "She utterly, totally, and completely frustrated [Congress'] lawful ability to get their hands on her records which they have a right and a duty and an obligation to examine."

Napolitano called Clinton's actions "10 times worse" than the actions of Gen. David Petraeus, who gave classified documents to his biographer, who also was his mistress.

Clinton has said she turned over emails related to her job as secretary of state to the State Department and only deleted all her personal emails from the server which she kept under her own control.

But Napolitano noted that a State Department official is supposed to look over all emails and determine which are personal and which are public.

"She disabled the record keeper from doing it because she was the record keeper," he said.
