Donald Trump will likely win next week's presidential election unless he manages to do something "ridiculously stupid" former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum says.
But the billionaire real-estate tycoon could still end up putting his foot in his mouth as the hours tick towards Tuesday, according to the former Pennsylvania senator.

"If I was one of the two candidates right now, I think I'd like to be Donald Trump in the sense that you'd love to be the candidate who's got the momentum," Santorum said Thursday in an interview with Boston Herald Radio.
"I've been in races myself where I've been behind and we picked up momentum a week or two out — there's something that's almost unstoppable.
"If you look at what's happening with the Clinton campaign, those are real serious charges with the FBI on multiple fronts. I don't see how that narrative changes unless Donald Trump does something ridiculously stupid. Which, by the way, is not impossible."
Santorum — a two-time GOP presidential candidate who is now CEO of EchoLight Studios, which makes family-friendly, Christian-themed movies — adds that he's voting for Trump, even though he has "concerns about his character and a lot of his behavior."
