Hannity Renews Radio Agreement for 'The Sean Hannity Show'

By    |   Thursday, 12 September 2013 04:23 PM EDT

Sean Hannity has renewed his agreement with radio syndicator Premiere Networks for it to continue distributing "The Sean Hannity Show."

Hannity is the second most-listened-to talk radio show host — Rush Limbaugh is the first — with nearly 13 million listeners a week, according to Premiere.

Hannity also hosts "Hannity" on Fox News.

He recently terminated his syndication agreement with Cumulus, which distributes his show in several of the country's biggest markets. Premiere will likely step into the gap in several of those cities, according to Politico.

In a statement, Premiere said, "'The Sean Hannity Show' will expand to additional major market Clear Channel Talk stations as well as non-Clear Channel stations in 2014."

Premiere is a subsidiary of Clear Channel Media and Entertainment

"We’re really excited to be able to expand our relationship with Sean, one of the greatest talk radio talents in the country," John Hogan, CEO of Clear Channel Media and Entertainment, said in the statement.

As for Hannity, he said, "I am extremely appreciative and grateful for the opportunity to do what I love every day. Premiere has been an incredibly supportive partner and a huge part of the show's success."
