Trump: Scrap Obamacare Mandates, Cut Taxes for Middle Class

President Donald Trump told Congress Wednesday to repeal Obamacare mandates and use the savings to apply to tax cuts for the middle class.

Congress has been wrestling with both issues all year. Having failed several times to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act, House and Senate Republicans say they are determined to pass a major tax-reform bill before January.
