President Donald Trump is removing the National Guard from Chicago, ‍Los Angeles, ‍and Portland, Oregon: "We are removing the National ‍Guard from Chicago, Los Angeles, and ⁠Portland, despite the fact that CRIME has been greatly reduced by having these ⁠great Patriots ​in ⁠those cities, and ONLY by that ‍fact.
