Solyndra, the green energy firm mired in controversy after receiving a hefty loan from the Department of Energy for $528 million and subsequently filing for bankruptcy in September, is now selling off their 411,618 square foot building in Freemont, California, reports the
Weekly Standard.
According to a website selling the building, the office area is up to “LEED Gold Standards” and is “expandable to 739,232 square feet.” The website does not list the price of the building.
