CHICAGO -- Chicago police are investigating a break in at the offices of two members of former Gov. Rod Blagojevich's (blah-GOY'-uh-viches) legal team.

Police spokesman Officer Michael Fitzpatrick says the burglary happened overnight and "some computers were taken." He said Friday that investigators don't know what was stored on the computers' hard drive.

The break in took place at the offices of veteran Chicago criminal defense attorney Sam Adam and his son, Samuel E. Adam. They are two of the three leading members of Blagojevich's defense team.

Blagojevich is charged with scheming to sell or trade the U.S. Senate seat formerly held by President Barack Obama and other offenses. His trial is due to start June 3.
