GOP officials accuse the Obama administration of “slow walking” oversight documents between agencies, reports DailyCaller.com.

The website points out one example in which the Department of Homeland Security was allegedly told in an email to not comply with requests related to an investigation by GOP oversight Chairman Darrell Issa into politicization of Freedom of Information Act requests.

“There is a coordinated effort, I assume being led by the White House . . . ” the website quotes an unnamed Energy and Commerce Committee investigator. “No one’s told us ‘no, we’re not gonna do that.’ They say they’ll do it every time. But they’re doing as much as they can to stall.”

Rather than going after the White House on the issue, oversight officials are asking trade groups and unions about their dealings with the Obama administration. These communications could lead to inside dirt on the president’s healthcare plans and other agendas, says DailyCaller.
