U.S. Wants to Conduct Mental Examination of Jared Lee Loughner

March 7 (Bloomberg) -- Jared Lee Loughner, charged in the Jan. 8 shooting in Tucson, Arizona, that left six people dead and 13 wounded, should undergo a mental examination to see if he’s competent to stand trial, prosecutors said.
