Former "Saturday Night Live" comic Victoria Jackson is again under attack for making controversial remarks through her social media channels. This time, Jackson has used the Sandy Hook school shooting as a springboard to talk about abortion issues.
Jackson, a Tea Party supporter, took to Facebook to express her thoughts on why the shooting would happen, and its relation to abortion.
"My friend Jim Riley posted: 'Wasn't the Connecticut killer just doing what abortionists do every day? It's a wonder we don't have more 20-year-old 'dads' doing what women and doctors have been an accomplice to for years in America. When you forget the TEN COMMANDMENTS, people, THIS is what you get.'"
She also went on to attack President Barack Obama, after his tearful address to the nation on Friday.
"Obama dramatically wiped a tear as he said," Jackson wrote. "'The majority of those who died today were children, beautiful little kids ... They had their entire lives ahead of them, birthdays, graduations, weddings, kids of their own...'"
She went on: “YEAH OBAMA. SAME AS THE MILLION BABIES YOU HAD ABORTED THIS YEAR. ARE YOU CRYING FOR THEM?!"
Shortly after November's presidential election, she posted similar tweets.
"What's the compromise between killing a baby and not killing a baby?! Half killing it?!" she wrote on Nov. 12.
Jackson uses social media often to express her views. After Obama's re-election, the 54-year-old took to Twitter to express her sorrow.
"I can't stop crying. America died," Jackson wrote, adding, "Thanks a lot Christians, for not showing up. You disgust me."
She has also used Twitter to promote seceding from the union, instead of having a civil war.
"RED STATES ARE OPPOSITE BLUE STATES. THERE IS NO COMPROMISE. ONE LOVES GOD. ONE HATES GOD."
