In a new YouTube video, Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer takes President Barack Obama to task for joking about the problems along the U.S.-Mexico border, and implores him to increase border security. The video references the Mexican drug cartels in the U.S. and the death of a Border Patrol agent, KSAZ Fox 10 News in Phoenix reported.

The video shows a clip from Obama’s recent visit to El Paso, Texas where the president traveled last week to give an address on immigration. During his talk, the president joked about the border.
"Maybe they'll need a moat, maybe they'll want alligators in the moat," Obama said.
The video then concludes with the text: "No one in Arizona is laughing. Do your job. Secure the border."
Thomas Morrissey is chairman of the Arizona Republican Party. His group created the video.
"I was offended by [Obama's comment]," he said. "He's talking to a group of people, cracking jokes and they're laughing and they're applauding and all that – what part of this don't they understand?"
Morrissey said the president should be held accountable. "If you want to dismiss that, or you want to dismiss the concern of the people of Arizona with glib remarks and jokes and stuff, it doesn't solve anything," he said.
