CNN: Rand Paul Wins Kentucky Senate Race

Republican and tea party favorite Rand Paul has defeated Democrat Jack Conway in the race for the Senate seat in Kentucky, according to a projection from Fox News.
With 5 percent of the votes counted, Paul has 55 percent and Conway 45 percent.
