Martin Shkreli, the eccentric former pharmaceutical CEO who was found guilty earlier this month of securities fraud, has gone on a wild Facebook tirade in which he speculated about someday being president of the United States, Mediaite reported on Wednesday.

The rant has gone somewhat viral, as it was liked more than four thousand times in its first 10 hours of existence and has been shared on some 800 accounts.

"At some point I'll be POTUS," Shkreli wrote in the facebook posahead of sharing who else he would appoint to office.

Shkreli states that Ben Shapiro will be vice president. Milo Yiannopoulos would be press secretary, Kanye West as head of the CIA, Stefan Molyneux as Secretary of State, Kodak Black as Attorney General, Edward Snowden as head of the NSA, Julian Assange as head of the FBI, and Kim Kardashian as Fed Chairwoman.

Shkreli continues his fantasy by saying he will have "defeated the Zuck/Sanders ticket in a landslide. We will abolish Zuckerberg’s Universal Basic Income, which passed in 2024."

He also outlines some policy priorities for his administration, including "America will be so powerful we will simply have nukes in our enemies' cities and tweet 'I wish you would' regularly."

He also promises that money will "be eliminated from politics. No advertising allowed. Almost all entitlement programs would be cut. Defense spending will drop as I have no penis envy. Taxes will fall to 10% for both corporations and citizens. The environment will be a distant concern relative to the life, liberty and pursuit of happiness I will ensure."

In addition, Shkreli vows that "the media would be required to go through training programs which I will call the 'Pinocchio Project.'"
