Sen. Graham: I Can Handle Putin

GOP presidential candidate and South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham says that he can do a far better job on the world stage than President Barack Obama.

"Our foreign policy is in freefall. Barack Obama doesn’t know what he’s doing," Graham said Sunday on "The Cats Roundtable" on AM 970 in New York.

Graham also told host John Catsimatidis that Russian President Vladimir Putin has been manhandling Obama on the world stage, most recently in Syria.

"Anybody who rides around on a horse without their shirt – I can handle that guy," Graham said. "He’s got a problem going on in his head. He is walking over Obama like a small child. He is slapping us around."
