An outside group is planning to launch an expensive TV ad campaign Wednesday attacking New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie’s record, Politico reported Tuesday.

The group, One New Jersey, plans to spend $500,000 on the campaign commercials, which will air for two weeks in the New York and Philadelphia cable markets, sources told the news outlet.

One New Jersey was formed in 2011 as a counter to another outside group that was organized to promote the Republican governor’s agenda.
