Vermont election workers are still tabulating vote totals from Tuesday's Democratic gubernatorial primary, which ended with no clear winner.

Secretary of State Deb Markowitz says a final tally could come Friday, but that it won't be official until it's certified Tuesday.

In unofficial results, state Senate President Pro Tem Peter Shumlin led state Sen. Doug Racine by 192 votes. More than 72,000 ballots were cast in the five-way race. Racine, who hasn't ruled out asking for a recount, has said he'll wait for the official tally before deciding.
