New Jersey Republican Gov. Chris Christie plans to make his first public appearances for Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney Wednesday since endorsing him last month.
The popular governor will appear at two events in New Hampshire: one at Romney's state headquarters and the other at the house of former state Republican Party Chairman John Stabile.
After that Christie will go to Boston to watch Romney participate in the Michigan presidential debate. Christie will watch with the winner of a Romney campaign contest.
Speculation abounds that Romney will name Christie as his vice-presidential candidate if he wins the nomination.
