Even though polls indicate that incumbent Sen. Barbara Boxer leads GOP candidate Carly Fiorina, Dick Morris says in an exclusive Newsmax.TV interview that Boxer is actually behind and the enthusiasm in the Republican party will turn out more Republican voters, while undecided voters will likely go against Boxer.
