Giuliani To Return to City Hall to Endorse Grimm

Rudy Giuliani will return to New York's City Hall Friday to endorse GOP Staten Island congressional hopeful Michael Grimm in his primary race.

Giuliani said he was impressed with Grimm, who raised roughly $300,000 in less than two months after declaring, after a face-to-face meeting.
