The Republican advertising onslaught against Democrats will continue with a helping hand from the American Action Network. The conservative network is about to begin a $19 million ad campaign to send home House Democrats in 22 districts, Politico reports.

American Action Network, Norm Coleman, Republicans, ConservativeNorm Coleman, the former U.S. senator from Minnnesota, founded the network, which is launching the ads this week.

Conservative groups are set to spend up to $50 million in total to propel Republicans to victory next month. The American Action Network already has put more than $5 million to work for Republican Senate candidates.

“This Democrat-controlled Congress has already voted for higher taxes and promises next month to raise taxes on America’s families and businesses. This is simply unacceptable and something we wanted to call attention to,” network President Rob Collins says.

The group will work to defeat Democratic Reps. Mark Schauer in Michigan, Dina Titus in Nevada, Steve Kagen in Wisconsin, Joe Donnelly in Indiana, and Martin Heinrich in New Mexico among others.
