Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker says that when he takes the debate stage Thursday night he's going to keep his focus on Hillary Clinton, not his fellow Republican candidates.
"I'm going to tell you what I'm for and how I match up against Hillary Clinton," Walker told J.D. Hayworth on Newsmax Prime on
Newsmax TV on Thursday.

"What you're going to hear from us is talking about what we're for, and what makes us unique, and how I'm the best candidate to take on Hillary Clinton, not what's bad with the others," he added.
The Wisconsin Republican explained that while there is "a contrast" between himself and the other GOP candidates, he doesn't "go after people by name" because the media love the infighting.
"A lot of folks in the media say they dislike the fighting in Washington," Walker said. "But they want it to happen. They encourage it, particularly Republican on Republican."
However, Walker said that he doesn't think former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush is the best candidate to defeat Clinton.
"I like Jeb and have looked at his record in Florida in the past with great admiration," he explained.
"If we're going to beat a name from the past in Hillary Clinton, we need a name from the future," he contends. "I don't see that you beat a name from the past with another name from the past."
"You need a new, fresh face from outside of Washington with a proven track record and that's what makes me unique not just to Gov. Bush, but to anybody else in this field," Walker added.
Both Walker and Bush are trailing Donald Trump in the most recent
NBC/WSJ poll. Trump had support from 19 percent of Republican voters; Walker earned 15 percent; and Bush 14 percent.
