Bill Maher: Liberals Bully People on Free Speech

Bill Maher says liberals are just as guilty as anyone else of using "extreme bullying" to stifle speech they don't like.

"Yeah liberals hate bullying all right, but they’re not opposed to using it," Maher said Friday in a foul-mouthed tirade on his HBO show "Real Time With Bill Maher."

He said he doesn't like conservative talk radio host Rush Limbaugh, but it isn't right to put up websites to try to get him taken off the air.

"When they casually throw out words like bigot and racist it does cow people into avoiding this debate, and if you’re doing that, you don’t get to wear the 'Je suis Charlie' button," Maher said. " The button you should wear says 'Je suis part of the problem.'"

Maher said he was happy North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un was offended by the comedy movie "The Interview." It means, he said, that the satirists win.
