President Donald Trump's travel ban should be "redrafted" — even though the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals "was wrong in that they wouldn't enforce the parts that were totally constitutional, totally legal," Freedom Watch founder Larry Klayman told Newsmax TV on Friday.
"It was drafted too broadly," Klayman told host Steve Malzberg on "America Talks Live" in an interview. "They went too broad because they dealt with permanent residents, who do have due-process rights.
"You just can't exclude them without giving them a hearing," he said.

But Klayman welcomed Trump's attacks on the judiciary.
The slams "shouldn't be dismissed," he told Malzberg. "There has never been a high government official that has talked candidly about the politicization of the judiciary — and frankly how intellectually corrupt in many places it is.
"Even really good lawyers … will not say anything negative about a judge — and that's perpetuating this politicization of the judiciary.
"They don't have to be conservative," Klayman said. "They don't have to be liberal.
"Just follow the law — and that's what we need, not politicians in robes."
