Prince Andrew’s “rude” behavior when abroad has reportedly shocked officials in America.
And UK “failure” to secure Sangin is singled out in damaging criticism by US commanders of operations in Afghanistan.
Other unwelcome revelations include private remarks about Cameron and Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne’s “lack of depth”, made by Mervyn King, the governor of the Bank of England, to the US ambassador.
