The federal government has signed a contract with a public relations firm to spend $20 million to promote Obamacare, a law that made be defunct in a month.

The advertising campaign will educate the public on staying healthy and preventing illness, a Health and Human Services official told The Hill.

The controversial Affordable Care Act includes provisions for the advertising blitz in the law. The contract was won by the public relations firm Porter Novelli in a competitive bidding process, according to the Hill.

The Supreme Court is expected to rule on the constitutionality of the law before its recess in June.

“Let me suggest that the president spend a little more time trying to do something about the spending, debt, and gas prices, and a little less time trying to spin the unpopular things he’s already done. It might require a little more work, but it’s what we need. It’s time to lead,” said Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky.
