LIGNET: Why Obama Won't Be Able to Close Guantanamo

President Barack Obama renewed his vow this week to close the Guantanamo Bay prison where about 166 terrorist suspects captured during the Bush administration from Afghanistan, Iraq, and other countries are still being held. But LIGNET has identified four reasons the president will be unable to keep this vow and will be forced to keep Guantanamo Bay open.
