Chris Christie 'Addiction' Video Goes Viral, Wows Liberals and Conservatives

A video of New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie talking about drug addiction, his mother's nicotine habit and a close friend's death of prescription drug abuse is going viral and wowing people across the political spectrum.

On MSNBC's "Morning Joe" Wednesday excerpts were played and prompted long discussions on the issue of drug abuse and sentencing reform as well as Christie's political prospects -- he's a candidate for the Republican presidential nomination who has not been polling well. The  video first appeared on the Huffington Post.

"I'm still kind of blown away by this Chris Christie video," host Joe Scarborough said after the program played two excerpts.
