CARACAS (Reuters) - Doctors have found no more malignant cells in Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez's body after he underwent cancer surgery last month, the socialist leader said on Saturday, shortly before flying to Cuba for chemotherapy. (Reporting by Deisy Buitrago; Writing by Frank Jack Daniel)
