Bill O'Reilly's abrupt departure from Fox News leaves a void in their lucrative 9 p.m. slot, for which the network is reportedly considering Tucker Carlson, Eric Bolling, and Dana Perino.
According to NPR, Carlson will replace O’Reilly at 8 p.m. ET. New York Magazine editor Gabriel Sherman claims Fox will move its roundtable discussion show "The Five," co-hosted by Bolling and Perino with Greg Gutfeld, to 9 p.m. with Carlson at 8.
CNN also reported Carlson will move to 8 p.m., agreeing "The Five" is likeliest at 9, but Bret Baier could restore the network's prime-time news coverage, as could contributor and radio host Laura Ingraham.
