EU Needs To ‘Flesh Out’ Response to Debt Crisis, Obama Says

Nov. 3 (Bloomberg) -- President Barack Obama said the European Union “has made some important steps towards a comprehensive solution” of its debt crisis and now has to “flesh out” the details. Obama commented during a joint appearance with French President Nicolas Sarkozy before the Group of 20 summit in Cannes, France, today.
