The president's speech to Congress was not just his "best," it was one whose message declared to America "tonight, Donald Trump became the president of the United States," Fox News' Chris Wallace said.

In Wallace's analysis, after the speech, the veteran host said the remarks heartened Republicans – including using the phrase "radical Islamic terrorism" to talk about fighting ISIS, and repeating his vow to repeal and replace Obamacare.

It was "by far the best speech I've ever heard Donald Trump give," Wallace said – and "I feel like tonight, Donald Trump became the president of the United States . . . and everybody is going to have to accept that."
