Pew Poll: 3 in 10 Adults Don't Know Trump's Stance on Issues

Nearly a third of U.S. adults either don't know much or don't know anything at all about Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump, according to a new survey.

The Pew Research Center poll finds that 30 percent of those surveyed are in the dark about where Trump stands on key issues. Eighteen percent said the same about Democrat Hillary Clinton.

Other findings from the poll:

• 15 percent of Republicans don't know much or anything at all about Trump, while 58 percent know a lot about the real estate mogul.
• 48 percent know a lot about where Clinton lies on issues, compared to 41 percent who said the same about Trump.
• 60 percent said they are very likely to watch the upcoming debates ahead of the November election.
