Trump Beats Romney to Punch: Releases Video of His Flip-Flops

Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump on Wednesday night released a video showing 2012 nominee Mitt Romney flip-flopping on a series of issues from abortion to universal health care.

The video comes less than a day before Romney plans what he has billed as a "major speech" that many pundits believe will be aimed at taking down Trump.

Trump posted the video on his official Facebook page.

"Mitt Romney the GREAT Conservative Leader?" the video begins, before playing audio of Romney telling The Boston Globe he supported amnesty for illegal immigrants in 2005 when he was governor of Massachusetts.

Romney's speech Thursday at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City comes just hours before the next GOP debate. Last week, Romney called on Trump to release his past taxes the day before a debate, and the line was picked up by Sens. Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio in the debate.
