An instant snap poll conducted on the CNBC website has President Barack Obama winning tonight’s second Presidential debate over Governor Mitt Romney 62 to 35.

The poll, which any CNBC.com reader can participate in, had more than 33,000 votes as of 11:30 pm.

According to the web site, the poll is not scientific, because of potentials for variation and the possibility of multiple votes, which was pointed out as a potential issue after the first Presidential debate, as well as the Vice Presidential debate last week.
