Did Donald Trump have a major "oops" moment on the campaign trail?

That's how it appeared when an open microphone picked up him telling Gov. Chris Christie to leave the stage moments after the New Jersey governor endorsed him.

"I'm proud to introduce to you the next president of the United States, Donald Trump!" Christie told the billionaire developer's supporters at a campaign rally Sunday in Tennessee.

As the crowd cheered, Trump leaned over to Christie and said, "Get on the plane and go home . . . go home."

Christie quickly left.

Trump then waxed poetically about his new supporter, saying, "Thank you, Chris. Wow! Thank you! This is one endorsement really that I wanted."
