The Alaska Dispatch. Palin married Britta Hanson in a low key ceremony just outside of Wasilla, where Sarah Palin was once mayor. The Palin and Hanson family released a joint statement praising the marriage and the newlyweds and promising a large ski weekend this winter for family and friends to come and celebrate the marriage.
