Add fashion magnate Tommy Hilfiger, 69, to the blue state exodus, as he has sold his $45 million mansion in Greenwich, Connecticut, to move to the Florida.

Hilfiger and former model Dee Ocleppo, 54, closed on the sale of their 13,344-square-foot mansion, the New York Post reported.

Hilfiger and Ocleppo will move to Palm Beach, Florida, for favorable tax policies and other unnamed reasons, according to the report.
