Billionaire investor George Soros says there is a need to limit international capital flows.

“Capital flows can be disruptive so some limitations on international capital flows are necessary,” Soros told reporters at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.

Regulators should also vary margin and capital requirments, he said.
