Airbus (Paris/Frankfurt: EAD) see markets in China and India as increasingly important to their business and are likely to continue to ramp up efforts to secure their presence in the region. The battle for Asian sales will ultimately determine which firm is crowned the long-term market leader, but it is likely to include risks that could lead to a future challenger to the aircraft manufacturing duopoly.
