Foreign Holdings of US Treasuries Fall for 3rd Month

Foreign ownership of Treasuries declined for a third straight month in October, data from the U.S. Treasury department showed on Tuesday, with China's holdings falling to the lowest in nearly four years and Japan paring as well for three consecutive months.

Foreign investors held $7.068 trillion in U.S. Treasuries, down from $7.071 trillion in September, the Fed data said.
