CNNMoney has put together a list of the highest-income ZIP codes, using median adjusted gross income from 2011, the latest available from the Internal Revenue Service.
CNNMoney also includes median home prices for each ZIP code based on sales prices from February to June 2014 as compiled by Trulia.
Fisher Island, Florida, (zip code 33109), which is located next to Miami, tops the list with a median income of $1.08 million. Its median home price is $2.15 million.

Atherton, California, (94027), which sits in the heart of Silicon Valley, places second with a median income of $1.06 million. Its median home price is $3.48 million.
New Vernon, New Jersey, (07976), which is about 18 miles west of Newark, takes third with a median income of $678,777. Its median home price is $2.68 million.
Purchase, New York, (10577), which is about 27 miles north of Manhattan, ranks fourth with a median income of $675,147. Its median home price is $1.17 million.
Mill Neck, New York (11765), which rests on the Northwest portion of Long Island, rates fifth with a median income of $661,891. Its median home price is $2.9 million.
Meanwhile,
Money magazine has rated the most livable cities on the basis of income, job growth, home prices, student test scores, crime, taxes, crime and weather among other factors.
Sharon, Massachusetts, ranks No. 1, followed by Louisville, Colorado; Vienna, Virginia; Chanhassen, Minnesota; and Sherwood, Oregon.
