IMF Managing Director Lagarde Says Downside Risks ‘Piling Up’

Sept. 23 (Bloomberg) -- Growth in the world economy will be slow and downside risks are “piling up,” International Monetary Fund Managing Director Christine Lagarde said.
The path to recovery is narrower than it was three years ago, she said at the plenary session of the fund’s annual meetings in Washington today.
