Pershing Square Starts Trading at $24 in NYSE Debut

Pershing Square's shares opened at $24 in their New York Stock ‌Exchange debut Wednesday, as investors buy into ⁠billionaire activist Bill Ackman's alternative asset management company.

The ⁠share price for PSUS, the closed ‌end fund, opened at $42 a share. ‌Investors who ‌paid $50 a share at the initial offering also received ⁠0.2 ‌shares ⁠of PS, the hedge ⁠fund ⁠company, which opened at $24 a ‌share, leaving investors with a combined ‌value of $46.8.
