Syncora Guarantee Files Suit in NY Over Detroit Swap Deals

Syncora Guarantee Inc. filed a lawsuit in New York state court seeking to block UBS AG from terminating interest-rate swap agreements with the city of Detroit.

The lawsuit also names Merrill Lynch Capital Services Inc. and SBS Financial Products Co.
