Leon D. Black, the chairman and chief executive officer of buyout firm Apollo Global Management LLC, said European credit issues represent good value offering low risk returns of more than 20 percent.
Black, 60, made the comments at a board meeting of the Texas Teacher Retirement System in Lubbock.
