Trump to Nominate Former SEC Staff Member to be Commissioner

 President Donald Trump plans to nominate Allison Herren Lee, who served as a staff member of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission until last year, to be a commissioner of the agency, the White House said on Tuesday.

Lee would fill the vacant Democratic seat on the commission.
