Let it be known, polls show that 97% support deporting immigrants convicted of violent crimes, terrorism, and child rape.[i]

Wall Street Journal/other polls found that roughly 85% - 90% of Americans support Trump-type enforcement of deporting undocumented immigrants convicted of any serious crimes and sexual offenses are generally included in that category.

Overall, my experience as law enforcement government commissioner, law professor, legal chancellor, and occasional judge is that people should obey the laws. Having completed immigration and international law related qualifications, the rules are clear.

The citizens of the USA must allow the US government to remove the “international criminals,” which includes pedophiles, terrorists, poison drug dealers, murderers, arsonists, and child rapists and send them back to their homes from where they came from.

Being from a family of immigrants like many Americans, I am a proud mix of 12 ethnicities and minority groups. Being Sicilian, Hispanic, Egyptian, Arab, Asian and European makes me proud, but as a government official, I must stand with the peace officers, the military, judges, and those who keep our nation functioning.

In the big picture, I have over 250,000 professionals in my social networks who can read my publications, and the vast majority of my network are people from abroad as the United States of America is just 4% of the world’s 8 billion people.

With over 750 million people ready to immigrate to the USA right now, no reasonable person would want mass immigration, as it could disenfranchise all citizens, especially African Americans, Hispanics, and ethnic communities.

There are roughly 200 million people in Asia, 200 Million in Arabia, and 300 million in Africa who would migrate to the USA tomorrow if they could get the visa and secure financial benefits that American citizens depend upon.

Having lost several friends in recent years to immigrant-related death from drunk drivers and illegal drugs, I would hope that there other Americans would share some empathy for the families who have lost a loved one at the hands of an illegal immigrant.

Please give a copy of this simple data, facts, and research to anyone who prides themselves on being a social justice warrior, as they need to understand the difference between legal immigration and violent international criminal activities.

While every sane person is for justice, nobody wants thousands of international violent sex offenders, terrorists, arsonists, child rapists and murderers lurking the streets.

Government disclosures and congressional testimony indicate that during the four years of the Biden/Harris administration, U.S. authorities encountered and released into the USA an estimated 15,000–20,000 serious criminals with prior violent or sexual offense records.

Put into perspective, that adds up to an extra 4-5 ultra-dangerous offenders per every U.S. county, given that there are just over 3,000 counties nationwide.

The Cato Institute also reports that about 5% of the total detained by ICE had violent criminal convictions. Using basic math, 5% of an immigrant influx of 10–20 million would equal 500,000 to 1 million international criminals allowed into the USA by Biden. [ii]

As a law professor who has actually completed immigration law and international law programs at accredited law schools, I can say that existing legislation already provides for the deportation of international criminals including child molesters, terrorists, arsonists, poison drug dealers, and child sodomy offenders.

Under current U.S. immigration law, serious criminal offenses make any immigrant removable/deportable — and the vast majority of voters support Trump or any president rigorously enforcing those laws. [iii]

As the International Legal Chancellor for a Worldwide Spiritual Community and a voting member of a House of Bishops, let this essay and its legal citations serve as a clear Immigration 101 primer for those in the religious and social justice communities who are confused about how immigration law actually works.

In a recent shocking vote, leftists opposed to Trump actually voted to keep child molesters and child sodomy offenders in the USA. [iv] To make matters even more striking, Trump appears to be one of the only world leaders focused on ending wars, stabilizing conflict zones and resolving disputes so people are not forced to flee their home countries and beg to come to the USA or EU as refugees.

The overall support for deportation comes from a wide majority of Democrats, Independents and Conservatives. A full two-thirds, 66%, of Americans have said they support deporting ALL and EVERY undocumented immigrant (i.e., people in the U.S. illegally). [v] Research also shows that minorities, Hispanics, African Americans and Asians do not want freeloaders in the country taking their benefits, housing, union jobs, and careers. [vi]

Further, Black leaders argue that leftist immigration policy has depressed wages and increased unfair job competition for African Americans, particularly in urban areas.

Even the greatest African American philosophers such as W.E.B. Du Bois, Booker T. Washington, and A. Philip Randolph, believed that mass immigration harmed their communities. Further, leftist-whites who support mass immigration are now seen by Black leaders as undermining the black working population trying to get a leg up. [vii]

What really stings the social justice crowd is that Trump made meteoric gains with Hispanic voters and carried the large majority of Texas border counties that had previously been Democrat strongholds — flipping areas in the Rio Grande Valley and earning historic support from Latino voters in those regions. [viii]

According to other major Polls like Pew Research, 97% want murderers, child rapists and child sodomy offenders shipped out of the USA. Further, depending on the crime and type of immigrant, 66% of voters want everyone who is illegally in the USA or who has overstayed their visa to be sent back. [ix]

As for those who commit terrorism or assist in seditious and narco-terroristic acts, they are clearly causing mass death and damage to society. For emphasis, I must reiterate that over 2 million Americans have lost a child to poison drugs and drug murders from toxic-dope coming over the borders since Obama practically opened up the Opioid and Fentanyl trade in 2009. [x]

Amazingly, news was released that President Trump saved over 36,000 American lives last year based on a reduction of poison opioid drug death as Trump went after the Narco-Terrorism head on. [xi]

If you are having trouble cultivating empathy with these legal facts, I would imagine that almost everyone who reads this article has already had a family member or a friend who died at the hands of poison drugs, lost a friend to international criminal activity, or lost a friend to migrant drunk driving accidents. So, this crisis is personal and has impacted almost every citizen one way or another.

As the Legal Chancellor and goodwill ambassador for a major religious organization in Africa, the one thing I can tell you is that African leaders absolutely hate pedophiles and those who support them.  Many cultures see child rape as a capital offense punishable by death. About 30 countries worldwide retain the death penalty in law for pedophiles and rape under specific circumstances. [xii]

Each culture is different, but all of the 40+ nations I have visited or worked in have charged me visa fees and migrant taxes etc. If you go to China, UAE, Kuwait, Mexico, Brazil etc, you will pay visa and migrant fees or you can potentially be put in jail if you overextend your visit or don’t pay the fees and fines. This is basic immigration 101 in most all civilized nations.

As a lawyer, I had a dear friend who wanted to immigrate to Australia and he was a top Chef (and a person of color) and $1 million in the bank; however, the Australia government didn’t want him as he might not have enough money based on life expectancy calculations. Meanwhile, every new addition of a person to the USA system costs about $880,000 of taxpayer funds “per person” just from age zero to 18 years old. [xiii]

To make things worse, had Biden simply collected just the fees that the Coyotes and Cartels got for facilitating the border immigration, America could have collected another $200 billion per year, which could have housed the homeless, funded SNAP, and fed the poor.

Contrary to the media propaganda, President Trump captured 55% of Latino voters in the state of Texas. He also won 14 out of the 18 counties within 20 miles of the border, a number that doubled his 2020 performance in the Latino-majority region.

As such, the people of the border have spoken. With that being said, illegal border crossings are down over 94% with over 2 million less illegal immigrants coming into the USA just last year. [xiv] [xv]

Amazingly, 2 million less people over a 40-year period, is yet another $2 trillion in savings just for 2025, and if Trump prevents another 6 million from coming in over the next 3 years, that could be another $5-10 trillion in savings. With AI coming after all types of jobs, women and minorities who are citizens, want a fair playing field for jobs for themselves and their children.

From an economic standpoint, simply removing 20,000 child rapists, murderers, child sodomy offenders, terrorists, and drug dealers could save more than $1 trillion in the coming 30 years. So, there are moral, legal, financial, and safety issues intertwined in this problem.

Sadly, the main reason your rent or insurance went up 100% over the last 5 years, is directly correlated to the mass immigration that created higher demand for housing and benefits and services in cities. This allowed millions of uninsured people who do not have health or auto insurance into the USA,  which caused insurance rates to go up and even more of a strain on public schools, the housing shortage, and hospital emergency rooms.

Just this month, government officials have identified up to $18-20 billion in fraud, corruption, and theft just in Minnesota alone, and it looks like the very top state and federal officials colluded to facilitate this fraud. [xvi] That money in Minnesota alone is enough cash to send everyone who can’t afford an education to college or prep school. ($20 billion would fund 3 million scholarships).

These scams are run by socialist politicians and corrupt churches who exploit and access money that is supposed to help the poor and immigrants. If investigators found $20 billion of theft and fraud and corruption in Minnesota, then there are probably $100s of billions stolen in Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, California and other leftist sanctuary related cities.

Overall, the goal of this paper is to shut down the social justice arguments with facts, and to put math, logic, and science before any baseless claims and conspiracies. At this time, immigration appears to be the #1 “for profit” tool used by politicians and scammers to fleece the government and rip off the poor.

While everyone admires legal immigration and international students, most all people realize that immigration must be handled legally and fairly and for the benefit of the whole of our nation and its people. America is only 4% of the world’s population, and going forward, other nations must absorb refugees and asylum folks for the greater good of humanity.

As for obstructing the government and immigration authorities, recent polling shows that Democrats have overwhelmingly supported federal prosecution of protestors and rioters for any crimes, including sedition and treason‑like acts.

Surveys from 2021 consistently found that 80–90% of Democrats favor criminal prosecution of those involved in an attack on US government. [xvii] Strangely, there are socialists and social justice-oriented people fighting the US government on immigration and many in government are worried that enemies such as Iran or North Korea are colluding with them to do harm to the people of the USA.

As for basic Constitutional Law 101, Lex sēditiōnis omnem dēfēnsiōnem ex possē comitātūs superat.

That means, the law of sedition prevails against rudimentary posse comitatus “state rights” independence reasoning.  This means that no state mayor or governor can conspire against the Commander in Chief or try to obstruct federal government actions without the possibility of federal agents hauling them away for Treason and Sedition. [xviii]

To end this discussion, I will share a story of wisdom and truth. Before my friend Roosevelt died, I had breakfast with him before Trump’s big election win in 2016 when Trump defeated Clinton.

My friend Roosevelt was African-American and had served our country in various ways before his untimely death. Roosevelt said to me, that he might need to vote for Trump because he has 25 grandchildren of various skin colors from “black to brown to blond” that all need jobs. He said, “I am worried about their future”. That was the moment I knew Trump would win in 2016 and that Trump would defeat Hillary Clinton.

Under Barack Obama and Joe Biden, 56 immigrants died in Obama’s immigration operations. Also, Obama deported more than 3 million immigrants of color while executing 4,000 with drone strikes, killing 400 civilians women and children. [xix] As leftists are saying, where is the dignity ? Any church bishop or leading democrat screaming about deportations and air strikes and not repudiating Obama and Biden is a hypocrite both morally and legally. [xx] [xxi]

In closing, immigration is never “free” in practice, as it typically requires application and processing fees, medical examinations, background checks, proof of income, skill, or assets, and often employer sponsorship or compliance with quota limits.

It is time for the USA to protect social security, Medicare, public schools, housing for the poor, and Medicaid, because it will all become worthless, ineffective and bankrupt unless the existing laws are respected.
