March 22 (Bloomberg) -- The International Energy Agency is not planning any coordinated action among its member nations to release oil stockpiles and it is premature to speculate about “unconfirmed rumours” about individual inventory releases, the agency’s executive director, Maria Van der Hoeven, said in an e- mailed statement during an official visit to India today.
