The New York premiere of a play by Edward Albee will open the 40th anniversary season of off-Broadway's Playwrights Horizons.

Artistic director Tim Sanford says "Me, Myself & I" will begin performances in August 2010. An opening date will be announced.

The play will star Elizabeth Ashley as the mother of twin sons, both named Otto. "Me, Myself & I" had its world premiere at the McCarter Theatre in Princeton, N.J., in January 2008. Also in the New York cast is Brian Murray. Emily Mann, artistic director of the McCarter, will direct the off-Broadway production.
