PNC Financial Services Group Inc., the sixth-largest U.S. bank by deposits, said the Federal Reserve has no objection to its plan to raise its dividend.
The board of directors is expected to consider a dividend increase at a meeting next month, the Pittsburgh-based lender said today in a statement distributed by PR Newswire.
